This stunning concept champions healthy eating, organic produce, and a menu completely free from refined sugars and flours. The operation will feature a vibrant café offering breakfast, brunch, lunch and early dinner (service until 8pm), alongside a retail section providing nutritious grab‑and‑go options for guests on the move. Head Chef Requirements:

• A passionate Head Chef with a strong understanding of healthy cooking, whole‑food preparation, and dishes free from refined sugars, flours, and other processed ingredients
• A genuine commitment to zero‑waste principles — experience in sustainable kitchen practices is a real advantage
• Strong organisational skills, with solid knowledge of costings, health & safety, compliance and kitchen paperwork
• Confidence working in an open‑plan kitchen, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and interact comfortably with guests
