Established in 2007, H&C Solutions is a specialist hospitality recruitment agency dedicated to permanent recruitment across London.
For almost two decades, we have supported London's hospitality industry by connecting talented professionals with respected employers across the capital.
Today, our candidate network includes more than 94,000 hospitality professionals, giving our consultants access to an extensive pool of talent across kitchen, front of house, management and operational positions.
Our Recruitment Services
H&C Solutions provides two distinct recruitment services, allowing us to support both individual permanent appointments and larger hospitality recruitment projects.
01 Permanent Recruitment
Our permanent recruitment service operates on a contingency basis, giving hospitality employers access to our specialist consultants and extensive candidate network without an upfront recruitment fee.
Our standard permanent placement fee is 10% of the candidate's annual salary, supported by a three-month rebate period.
02 New Openings & Recruitment Campaigns
For new hospitality openings and larger recruitment projects, H&C Solutions can provide a fully managed recruitment campaign tailored around the requirements of the operation.
Our team can work as an extension of the client's business, representing their brand while managing candidate attraction, applications, screening and recruitment coordination across multiple positions.
