Head Chef Requirements:

• A creative head chef with a proven employment history working in award-winning restaurants, luxury hotels, and private members' clubs.
• The ideal head chef should be classically trained in French cuisine, highly creative, and an excellent team leader.
• They are looking for a head chef who has held the same position for at least 12 months in a reputable establishment.
