Job Title: Sous Chef
We are proud to be partnering with a well‑loved, wet‑led pub located moments from Chancery Lane. Known for its welcoming atmosphere, fresh in‑house cooking, and tight‑knit kitchen team, this established venue is now seeking a talented Sous Chef to oversee and help drive a consistent, high‑quality food offering. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who thrives in a small, focused kitchen and enjoys producing honest, well‑executed dishes with care and precision.
Sous Chef Benefits:
- Up to £50,000 per annum
- £200–£300 per month in tronc
- Tuesday to Saturday working week — Sundays always off
- 48–50 hours per week

Sous Chef Requirements:
- A hands‑on, reliable Sous Chef with strong experience in fresh food kitchens Confident leading sections, supporting junior chefs, and maintaining standards during busy service
- Knowledge of HACCP, Food Alert, and kitchen compliance
- Experienced with stock takes, ordering, and maintaining cost control
- Keen to support ongoing menu development and bring ideas to the table
- A background in reputable pubs, restaurants, or hotels, with a track record of consistency, professionalism, and high standards
