Senior Chef de Partie Brief Duties
- Take ownership of your section and ensure consistently high standards
- Prepare and present dishes to specification and quality standards
- Support the senior kitchen team during service
- Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and wastage control
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Help train and support junior chefs within the brigade
- Contribute positively to the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
Senior Chef de Partie Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a quality fresh-food operation
- Confidence in running a busy section independently
- Passion for fresh food and seasonal cooking
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who takes pride in maintaining high standards
