Head Sushi Requirements:
- A skilled Head Sushi Chef who can manage a small team and develop sushi menus.
- Head Sushi Chef candidates should possess a stable work history.
- Applicants must have prior experience in high-end restaurants or luxury hotels.
- A creative Head sushi chef who takes pride in their work and who is always looking to improve their skillset.
- A sound understanding of health & Safety and Kitchen Management.
