The incoming Head Chef will shape the food identity going forward, creating dishes that feel right for a lively, design‑led pub with a loyal East London crowd. The focus is on flavour, seasonality and well-executed European cooking - not fine‑dining flourishes or experimental tasting‑menu concepts. This is a role for a chef who understands how to cook food people genuinely want to eat.
