Job Title:         Chef de Partie

This is a fantastic chance to become part of one of London's most prestigious private members' clubs. The club offers lavish decor, sports facilities, bars, and multiple exquisite restaurants. The fine dining restaurant (Michelin) are currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join their outstanding team, creating modern French dishes overseen by a two Michelin starred chef.

Chef de Partie Benefits:

• £16.87 per hour, paid overtime is available and optional
• Private Members Club – fine dining Restaurant, cooking at Michelin level
• 60 covers per service
• French cuisine
• 12 chefs in the fine dining restaurant, 50 across the whole members club

• 40 hours per week as standard.

Chef de Partie Requirements:

• A competent and experienced Chef de Partie to join a brigade of 10 to work within the members club reputable FINE DINING OUTLET.
• The ideal Chef de Partie must have a fine dining background. Previous experience working in Michelin starred restaurants would be advantageous.
• All Chef de Partie applicants should have a stable employment history.
