Chef de Partie Requirements:
- A well-organised Chef de Partie who can collaborate effectively in a large team.
- A Chef de Partie with prior experience in a professional kitchen setting.
- A self-motivated and diligent chef eager to continuously improve their skills.
- Experience in preparing modern British cuisine is advantageous.
