A competent, creative and ambitious Senior Sous Chef who can work well within a small team and confidently run the kitchen operation.

A passionate and professional Senior Sous Chef who has a hands-on approach and leads by example.

A Senior Sous Chef within a good culinary background working within food led reputable kitchens.

Previous experience cooking modern British cuisine would be desirable.
