7 shifts per week – 2x doubles and 3x singles

WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A mature and highly competent Chef de Partie that is passionate about fine food.

A Chef de Partie with previous cooking experience working within innovative food led kitchens, making everything in-house from scratch.

A Chef de Partie with a solid background and stable CV.
-
Previous experience cooking French cuisine would be advantageous but not essential.
