WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Senior Chef de Partie
Establishment: Grand Restaurant and Bar
Average Covers: 100 lunch and 250 for dinner, small PDR outlet
Cuisine: British/European
Brigade: 28+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Covent garden
Salary: £10.91 per hour + Bonus
Shifts: 6 shifts per week + overtime paid per hour
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A competent and confident Senior Chef de Partie capable of running all kitchen sections whilst motivating and training the junior members with the kitchen brigade.

A passionate and professional chef that is well organised and can work well within a large team.

Someone who has worked within a professional food led kitchen for over four years.
