WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Senior Sous Chef
Establishment: 80 Seater All Day Dining Restaurant
Estimated Covers: 50/60 lunch and 80/90 for dinner + PDR
Cuisine: modern European, strong British influences
Brigade: 18+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Hammersmith
Salary: 40,000k per annum – potential tronc on top
Shifts: 48 hours per week based on 2 doubles and 3 single shifts
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A highly competent and confident Senior Sous Chef is capable of running the kitchen whilst motivating and training, junior members with the kitchen brigade.

A passionate and professional chef that is well organised and can work well within a large team.

A Senior Sous Chef with a strong background working within reputable seasonal led establishments.

Previous experience cooking modern British cuisine would be desirable.

The successful Senior Sous Chef will have a proven and stable employment history.
