Job Title:           General Manager

We are proud to be partnering with an established, high-volume pub operation seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager. With annual turnover of approximately £3 million and an 80/20 wet-led split, this is a busy operation requiring a visible, hands-on leader who is equally comfortable managing from the floor as they are driving the commercial performance of the business.

The successful General Manager will take ownership of the day-to-day operation, leading the team from the front while maintaining excellent standards across service, compliance and commercial performance. There is also considerable potential to further develop the business through proactive local marketing and increased use of its event spaces.

General Manager Benefits:

• £45,000 per annum
• Tronc in addition to salary

• Closing shifts of 11pm during the week and 1am Friday & Saturday

General Manager Requirements:

• Experienced General Manager from a busy, high-volume pub or bar operation
• Hands-on leader who enjoys managing the business from the floor
• Commercially astute with a proactive approach to sales and local marketing
• Strong knowledge of EHO, health & safety and operational compliance
• Experience with events and private hire would be advantageous
• Professional, organised and confident managing and developing a team
