Job Title: Junior Sous Chef
We are currently seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join a successful restaurant operation in West London. Junior Sous Chef brief duties:
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily running of the kitchen
- Help lead and motivate the brigade during service
- Ensure high standards of food preparation, presentation and consistency
- Assist with stock control, ordering and kitchen organisation
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Contribute ideas towards menu development and seasonal specials
Junior Sous Chef requirements:
- Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef de Partie ready to step up
- Passion for fresh food and Italian cuisine
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure
- A team player who enjoys developing others and learning new skills
