As Sous Chef, you will be instrumental in the successful launch of this distinguished establishment.

Sous Chef Requirements:
- A dedicated and experienced Sous Chef who has previous experience working in an Italian or mediterranean restaurant setting.
- A Sous Chef is confident to lead the kitchen, help with paperwork and influence menus.
- The perfect candidate for chef de partie will have experience in award-winning restaurants, prestigious hotels, or exclusive members' clubs.
