WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A professional, competent and experienced Chef de Partie.

A chef based in Hertfordshire, who drives (ideally).

A Chef de Partie with a strong background having ran kitchen various sections within professional operations.

With it being an intimate team, there is no hiding! They require a strong CDP that is confident to run a kitchen section.
