Establishment: 5* Luxury Hotel – Award Winning Restaurant
Average Covers: 50+ for lunch 80+ dinner
Cuisine: European influences
Brigade: 3+ Pastry
Location: Central London (District, Circle, Piccadilly and Victoria Lines)
Salary: £43,000 (all inclusive)
Shifts: 48 hours per week
Last orders: 10:30pm
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A Head Pastry Chef with a proven track record working in luxury hotels or award-winning restaurants.

The ideal Head Pastry Chef will be self-motivated, creative and a great leader.

The successful head pastry chef must be happy to work in the restaurant service, afternoon tea and banqueting outlets.

The head pastry chef must be hands on and fluent in English.
