Job Title: Senior Sous Chef
Establishment: Luxury Restaurant
Average Covers: 30 for lunch and 80 for dinner
Cuisine: Modern British
Brigade: 12 within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Near Battersea / Chelsea
Salary: 45,000k per annum
Shifts: 7 shifts per week
Last orders: 10.30pm

A confidant and experienced Sous Chef to assist in the daily running of the restaurant.

A talented and creative chef at the top of their game looking to work within a passionate and driven team

A chef with leadership qualities who can mentor junior chefs and manage the kitchen

Someone who has worked in a high quality professional kitchen for at least seven years

A strong chef able to create top quality dishes for a high end dining experience

Previous experience cooking British cuisine is essential
