Assistant Restaurant Manager

WHO AND WHERE?

Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Establishment: Award Winning Restaurant and Bar

Average Covers: 40+ for lunch, 100+ for dinner

Cuisine: modern British, European influences

Brigade: 18+ in FOH

Location: Victoria

Salary: 32,000 + (negotiable)

Shifts: 45/48 hours per week - bi-weekly pay

WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

  • A competent and professional assistant restaurant manager to assist in the day to day running of this iconic restaurant.

  • Previous experience working as an assistant/floor manager would be ideal.

  • A strong leader with a proven track record working in busy and upmarket establishments.

  • Someone who can work well under pressure, whilst motivating a team.
