WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Snr or Chef de Partie Pastry
Establishment: One Michelin Star and Multiple AA Rosettes
Average Covers: 30 lunch and 60 for dinner
Cuisine: modern European
Brigade: 14+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Mayfair (Piccadilly, Jubilee, Central and Victoria Lines)
Salary: 27,500k per annum (all inclusive)
Shifts: 4 days on per week (58hrs per week)
Last orders: 10:30pm
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A highly skilled and creative Snr Chef de Partie Pastry to run an innovative, driven pastry section under the support and guidance of a Three Michelin chef.

A chef with immaculate presentational skills, that is well organised and can work well within a professional team.

Someone who has worked in multiple rosetted establishments.

A pastry chef that is passionate about finesse!

Experience cooking modern European cuisine is desirable but not essential.
