Job Title: Jnr Sous Chef (banqueting)
Establishment: Private Members Club - Restaurant/Banqueting+Events
Average Covers: 25/150 banqueting
Cuisine: modern British/European
Brigade: 15+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Mayfair (Bakerloo, Waterloo and Central)
Salary: 27,000k per annum plus tronc
Shifts: 48 hours + overtime paid
