WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Head Chef
Establishment: Health and Organic Led Eatery
Average Covers: 30 breakfast, 20 lunch and 20 for dinner
Cuisine: modern British
Brigade: 4+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Chelsea (District and Circle)
Salary: 35,000k per annum
Shifts: 45 hours (MAX) - 9am earliest start and 9pm latest finish
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?
- An organised, competent and experience Chef to co-run a small driven contemporary eatery based in Chelsea.
- A creative Head Chef with a passion for health led organic cuisine!
- An organised Head Chef with strong leadership and administational skills, GP, Margins, Wastage, Ordering, Menu Designs.
- A passionate and professional chef that has experience running a professional kitchen operation.

Shifts: 45 hours (MAX) - 9pm latest finish
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?
