WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Chef de Partie
Establishment: Award Winning Contemporary Restaurant
Average Covers: 180+ for dinner
Cuisine: modern European, with north African influences
Brigade: 20+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Mayfair (Central, Bakerloo, Victoria, Picadilly and Jubliee Lines)
Shifts: 5 straight shifts per week (3:00pm until close)
Last orders: 11:30pm
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?
A competent and passionate Chef de Partie to work on a section determined after a working trial.
A competent chef de partie who can work well under pressure.
A good team player with a proven track record working within the same role.
The ideal chef de partie will need at least three years experience working in reputable restaurants/hotels.
A Jnr Sous Chef that is organised, calm and can work well within a large team.
Previous experience cooking Mediterranean or African cuisine would desirable for this role.
