This celebrated dining restaurant showcases refined cuisine, drawing inspiration from Italy and the wider Mediterranean. With a focus on quality over quantity, the restaurant delivers an intimate fine‑dining experience, seating up to 60 guests during a busy service. The kitchen is driven by seasonality, craftsmanship, and a commitment to delivering beautifully executed dishes that honour both tradition and creativity.
Chef de Partie Pastry Benefits:
- A competitive salary ranging between £38,000 - £40,000
- Sunday & Monday off – working 45 hours per week

Chef de Partie Pastry Requirements:
- Previous exposure to Italian / Mediterranean food is essential.
- At least 3 years experience working in a professional kitchen.
- All Chef de Partie applicants must have a stable employment history.
- We’re looking for a Chef de Partie Pastry who’s comfortable working in a small, hands‑on team, confident running their own section.
