£10.40 to £12.00 per hour (DOE)

40 hours + overtime paid

Early shift from 9am until 5pm

Late shift from 5pm until 11:30pm
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A professional, passionate and reliable Chef de Partie that is looking for a long term permanent role.

A Chef de Partie with previous experience working in a Japanese restaurant would be advantageous but not a necessity.

A Chef de Partie with strong culinary skills and the ability to work through mise en place and a busy service, while keeping composed and organised!
