WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Senior Chef de Partie
Establishment: NEW OPENING GASTRO PUB
Average Covers: 80 lunch and 150 for dinner
Cuisine: British
Brigade: 15+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Central London (Piccadilly or Bakerloo Lines)
Salary: 28,500k per annum (all inclusive)
Shifts: 7 shifts per week over 5 days – (50 hours)
Last orders: 11:00pm
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A confident Senior Chef de Partie with previous experience working within in similar role and position.

A passionate Senior chef de Partie who is looking to develop their skills on all sections.

A chef that is well organised and can work well within a large team.

Someone who can lead junior members through a busy service.

Qualifications would be advantageous but not essential.

Someone who can work well under pressure
