WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Junior Sous Chef
Establishment: NEW OPENING – Gastro Pub
Average Covers: 80 lunch and 150 for dinner
Cuisine: British / European
Brigade: 18+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Central London (Piccadilly or Bakerloo Lines)
Salary: 30,000k per annum (all inclusive)
Shifts: 7 shifts per week over 5 days – (50 hours)
Last orders: 11:00pm
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A experienced and passionate Junior Sous Chef to join this amazing new opening.

Someone with a proven employment background working in busy gastro pubs/ restaurants

The successful candidate will be a great motivator and someone who can guide junior members of the kitchen.

A Junior Sous chef who is hands on, self motivated and looking to to build into management.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years experience working in a professional kitchen.
