WHO AND WHERE?

Job Title: Head Chef

Establishment: Busy Gastro Pub/Restaurant

Average Covers: 40 lunch and 200+ for dinner

Cuisine: modern British/Mediterranean (refined)

Brigade: 20+ within main kitchen and pastry

Location: Victoria (Victoria, Circle or District)

Salary: 47,000k per annum

Shifts: 7 shifts per week (50hrs per week)

Earliest Start: 8am

Latest Finish: 11:50pm

WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

  • A competent, hands on and career driven Head Chef to take over the reigns of this thriving food led gastro pub.

  • A calm and team orientated Head Chef that is confident to run a busy kitchen and large team.

  • A Head Chef with a strong background working within professional food led kitchens.

  • A keen team motivator and trainer.

  • Solid experience cooking modern British or Mediterranean cuisine would be desirable.

  • An exceptionally driven Senior Sous Chef looking for their first step up!
