Job Title: Sous Chef
Establishment: 35 Cover Gastro Pub
Average Covers: 15 lunch and 25 for dinner (weekends brunch and Sunday roast 60+)
Cuisine: British
Brigade: 5+
Location: Fulham
Salary: 27,000 to £29,000 DOE
Shifts: 45 hours per week
Last orders: 10:00pm
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A passionate, reliable and skilled Sous Chef to co-run a small foodie gastro pub.

Write up rota's.

Capable of helping maintaining the pubs current GP.

Training and motivating jnr chefs within the team.

Input on the pubs daily specials board.

Help manage the kitchen overseeing the quality of the food and running the kitchen during the Head Chefs absence.
