WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Junior Sous Chef
Establishment: Luxury Boutique Hotel
Average Covers: 20/30 for lunch, 50/60 for dinner
Cuisine: modern European
Brigade: 15+ within pastry
Location: Mayfair (Jubilee, Victoria and Piccadilly)
Salary: 32,000 per annum
Shifts: 4 days on
always out by 11pm
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A highly passionate, creative and knowledgable Junior Sous Chef to co run an innovative and driven professional kitchen.

A Junior Sous Chef with a strong employment background working within fine dining restaurant/hotels.

Previous experience in planning and designing menu's.

A confident and ambitious leader, looking to put their stamp on a great restaurant!

A junior sous chef with at least two rosette background would be preferred.
