Job Title: Chef de Partie
Establishment: Exclusive Restaurant
Average Covers: 100+ lunch and 200+ for dinner (no afternoon tea or events)
Cuisine: classic French
Brigade: 40+ within Main Kitchen & Pastry
Location: Green Park
Salary: £27,000
Shifts: 50 hours per week, no split shifts
