Average Covers: 50+ for lunch 80+ dinner
Cuisine: European influences
Brigade: 15+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Central London (District, Circle, Piccadilly and Victoria Lines)
Salary: 29,000k per annum (all inclusive)
Shifts: 48 hours per week - Starting from 11pm

A competent Night Chef with a proven track record working within professional restaurants, luxury hotels or private members clubs.

All Night chef applicants must have a stable and proven employment history.

A well-organized chef who can work through Mise En Place & room service tasks through the night.
