Average Covers: 20 lunch and 60 for dinner
Cuisine: Modern French
Brigade: 18+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Piccadilly (Jubilee and Piccadilly Lines)
Salary: 24,500k per annum
Shifts: 48 hours
8:30am earliest start
11:00pm latest finish
