WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Bartender
Establishment: Fine Dining Restaurant
Average Covers: 40 lunch and 100 for dinner
Cuisine: modern British
Brigade: 5+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Bank (District or Circle Line, Central and Northern)
Salary: £26,000
Shifts: 7 shifts per week (CLOSED SUNDAYS)
Last orders: 10:30pm
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A skilled bartender who has knowledge in all beverages and cocktails.

A self motivated and passionate bartender who can work alone ensuring a smooth service is executed daily.

The ideal bartender must have previous experience working within fine dining restaurants, hotels or luxury wine bars.

All applicants must have a strong command of English.
