WHO AND WHERE?

Job Title: Commis Chef

Establishment: Refined Restaurant and Wine Bar

Average Covers: 30 lunch and 40 for dinner

Cuisine: modern European, French

Brigade: 6+ within main kitchen and pastry

Location: Marylebone (Bakerloo, Jubilee, Metropolitan and Central)

Salary: 24,000k per annum

Closed Sundays

Last orders: 10:00pm
