WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A professional, competent, and experienced Chef de Partie.

Due to the location of the restaurant, candidates who live within a good commute would be ideal or those that will consider live-in accommodation.

A Chef de Partie with a strong background having run various sections within professional kitchens.

A chef with good knife skills and experience preparing fresh seasonal produce.
