A competent and confident Chef de Partie with a proven employment history working in high-end restaurants, hotels or gastro pubs.

All production chef de partie applicants must be well organised, able to work alone and adhere to strict guidelines.

Extensive knowledge of sauces, stocks & jus is essential.

A passionate and professional chef that can be creative with the staff food!

Someone who has worked within a professional food led kitchen for over three years.
