WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Sous Chef
Establishment: Contemporary All Day Dining Restaurant
Cuisine: Italian
Brigade: 20+ brigade
Location: Covent Garden (Central, Northern and Piccadilly Lines)
Salary: 30,000 – 32,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Shifts: 6 shifts per week (one double and four singles)
Earliest Start: 7:30 am
Latest Finish: 11:30 pm
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A highly driven, ambitious and creative Sous Chef .

A Sous chef who is self motivated and a great team leader who can guide a young team through a busy service.

A Sous chef with previous experience working with Italian cuisine would be ideal but not essential.

All applicants must have a stable employment background and have a very good level of English.

A Sous chef who has a hands on approach and is passionate about working with amazing organic produce.
