HEAD kitchen Porter – Monday to Friday - £9.71 per hour

WHO AND WHERE?

Job Title: Head Kitchen Porter

Establishment: Reputable Restaurant, Cocktail Bar and Events Venue

Average Covers: 20/30 for lunch, 60/150 for dinner

Cuisine: British/European

Brigade: 5 in the kitchen porter team

Location: Canary Wharf

Salary: £9.50+ per hour

Shifts: Monday 6:30am until 3:30pm, Tuesday to Friday 8am until 4pm

WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

• A competent, hard-working and friendly Head Kitchen Porter to lead a professional kitchen operation.

• At least 3 years previous experience working as a Kitchen Porter.

• As its an English speaking kitchen, fluency in English will be essential.

• A candidate that has a hands-on approach and is looking for a long term position.

• This role will include receiving and recording all deliveries / managing a team of 4 kitchen porters through service and cleaning operations.
