Establishment: Busy Restaurant and Cocktail Bar
Average Covers: 40/80 for lunch, 150+ for dinner
Cuisine: modern British
Brigade: 20+ in FOH
Location: Victoria
Salary: £11 per hour
Shifts: 48 hours per week
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A competent Waiter to assist in the day to day running of this iconic restaurant.

Previous experience working in the same job role will be ideal.

A strong leader waiter a proven track record working in busy and upmarket establishments.

The ideal waiter must have a stable employment history.

Someone who can work well under pressure.

All applicants must have strong command of the English language.
