Job Title: Commis Chef
Establishment: Seasonal, Lunch, and Dinner Italian Restaurant
Cuisine: modern Italian, with British influences
Brigade: 18+
Location: Covent Garden (Central, Northern and Piccadilly Lines)
Salary: 21,000 to 23,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Shifts: 6 shifts per week (one double and four singles)
Earliest Start: 7:30 am
Latest Finish: 11:30 pm
