WHO AND WHERE?

Job Title: Commis Chef

Establishment: Award Winning Contemporary Restaurant

Average Covers: 80+ for dinner

Cuisine: modern European, with north African influences

Brigade: 20+ within main kitchen and pastry

Location: Mayfair (Central, Bakerloo, Victoria, Picadilly and Jubliee Lines)

Salary: 21,500k per annum (all inclusive)

Shifts: 5 straight shifts per week (4:30pm until close)

Last orders: 11:30pm

WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

• A competent and passionate Commis chef with a “can do attitude”.

• The ideal commis chef will have at least 6/12 months experience working in professional kitchens.

• This is the perfect role for someone who is looking to develop their skills under the guidance of a Michelin * chef.
