Job Title: Jnr or Sous Chef

Establishment: 5* Luxury Hotel - Refined Restaurant and Small Events

Average Covers: 20 lunch and 60 for dinner, 50/150 banqueting

Cuisine: Modern British/European influences

Brigade: 18+ within main kitchen and pastry

Location: Piccadilly

Salary: 33,500k per annum

Shifts: 48 hours

8:30am earliest start

11:30pm latest finish

WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

• A highly competent and professional Jnr or Sous Chef to assist in the smooth daily running of the kitchen.

• A passionate and calm Sous Chef that works well leading and motivating a young team.

• A hands on chef that is happy to work on sections/pass, as well as BOH admin and paperwork.

• A Sous Chef with a good stable background.

• An Sous Chef that has experience within fine dining and Banqueting would be a great fit.
