Average Covers: 40/80 for lunch, 150+ for dinner

Cuisine: modern British

Brigade: 20+ in FOH

Location: Canary Wharf

Salary: £9.23 per hour

Shifts: 45 hours

WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

• A hard-working and reliable candidate.

• Previous experience working in hospitality, ideally experience as a bar back, runner or assistant.

• A bar back with good interpersonal skills, able to understand instructions and organise their day.

• A bar back who is hands-on and is not afraid to keep busy!
