WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Night Chef
Establishment: Exclusive Restaurant
Average Covers: 100+ lunch and 200+ for dinner (no afternoon tea or events)
Cuisine: classic French
Brigade: 3+ Night Team
Location: Green Park
Salary: £28,000
Shifts: 11pm until 9am (Sunday & Monday Off!)
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A well organised and self-motivated night chef who is confident in working alone in the restaurant.

The role will include basic food preparation, creating of all the stock's and jus so the brigade will have a head start for the next day.

The ideal Night Chef will be someone is reliable, honest and trustworthy.

Previous experience working within a similar role would be ideal however this would also suit a strong Chef de partie who wants a set rota.
