WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Bartender
Establishment: Busy Restaurant and 2x Cocktail Bars
Brigade: 20+ in FOH
Location: Canary Wharf
Salary: 26,000
Shifts: 45 hours per week
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A competent bartender who is hard working, passionate and career driven.

Previous experience working in busy & upmarket establishments.

The ideal bartender will be qualified and have a strong command of the English language.

A bartender that is well organised and can work well within a large team.

Someone who has a stable employment history.

A bartender with whisky knowledge would be advantageous.

The successful bartender must have a strong knowledge of wines, spirits & cocktails.
