Junior Sous Chef - 5* Luxury Hotel – Refined Restaurant
Average Covers: 20 lunch and 60 for dinner, 50/150 banqueting
Cuisine: Modern British/French influences
Brigade: 15+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Marble Arch (Central Line)
Salary: 30,000k per annum
Shifts: 48 hours
8:30am earliest start
11:00pm latest finish
