Head of Reservations and Revenue
WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Head of Reservations and Revenue
Establishment: Collection of 40 Bespoke Rooms
Brigade: 9+ in Head Office
Location: Victoria
Salary: 35,000 + per annum
Shifts: 9:30am, until 5:30pm (five days per week)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?

Responsible for overseeing all incoming reservations.

Answering telephone inquiries and taking bookings.

Manage complaints.
-
Ensuring the team are motivated and organised.

Managing all third-party inquiries.

Management of reports for reservations and revenue.

Working closely with the MD.
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?

A competent, driven and experienced mentor.

Previous experience leading a reservations desk within busy & upmarket establishments.

The ideal reservations manager will have previous experience working within a similar role.

An inspirational leader who is a great motivator for the junior members of their team.

Someone who has a stable employment history.

The successful reservations manager will take pride in their appearance, possess good people/social skills and have a professional telephone manner.
