Job Title: Sous Pastry Chef
Establishment: Grand Brasserie
Average Covers: 500+ covers + afternoon tea and confectioneries
Brigade: 8+ within pastry
Location: Green Park
Salary: Upto £35,000 plus overtime paid
Shifts: 50 hours - No doubles
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?
A passionate Sous Pastry Chef who with a proven employment history working in some of London's best hotels or restaurants.
The successful Sous Pastry must be a great motivator and mentor for the junior pastry chefs.
The ideal candidate will need to be organised, self-motivated and have a hands-on approach.
All applicants must be fluent in English.
